Privacy
This portal lets Antioch Solutions customers view and pay their invoices. This page explains what it holds about you and what it does not. It was last updated on 21 August 2026.
What we hold
- Your email address, so we can send you a sign-in link.
- Your customer and invoice records, which live in QuickBooks Online. The portal reads them. It does not keep its own copy.
- The time you signed in, and the fact that a sign-in link was used.
- A record when a member of Antioch staff opens your view for support, including who did it and when.
- The IP address you connected from, recorded with every sign-in attempt and every action a staff member takes in the portal.
- If you try to sign in with an address that does not match a customer record, the email address you typed. This lets us tell a genuine sign-in attempt from someone probing the sign-in form.
What we never hold
We never receive, store, or log a card number, a bank account number, or a security code. Payment happens on Intuit's own hosted page. Your payment details go to Intuit, not to us.
Who else is involved
- Intuit runs QuickBooks Online and processes payments.
- Microsoft hosts this portal and sends the sign-in emails.
- Cloudflare checks that sign-in requests come from a person.
How long we keep it
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are then discarded. Records of sign-in attempts and staff access — including IP addresses and any attempted email address — are kept for two years. Your invoice history lives in QuickBooks for as long as our accounting records require.
Asking us about your data
