These terms cover the Antioch Solutions customer portal. They were last updated on 20 August 2026.

Who may use it

Customers of Antioch Solutions, and Antioch staff. Sign-in links are personal. Do not forward one; anyone holding it can see your invoices until it expires.

Where the numbers come from

Every invoice, balance, and payment status shown here is read from QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks is the record. If this portal and an invoice from us ever disagree, the QuickBooks record is correct and we will fix the difference.

Payments

Paying an invoice takes you to a payment page run by Intuit, under Intuit's own terms. We do not handle your card or bank details. A payment is settled when Intuit records it against the invoice, not when you leave this site.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal available, but it depends on QuickBooks being reachable. If it is down, you can still pay by the method on your invoice.

Questions and disputes

Email meet@antiochsolutions.com about anything on an invoice that looks wrong. Do not pay an invoice you believe is incorrect — tell us first.
